Bullace Barn

Exclusive, high-quality self-catering accommodation in the Penistone area

Bullace Barn in Millhouse Green, South Yorkshire, is a traditional, stone-built, farm building lovingly redeveloped in sympathy with its beautiful surroundings. The interior retains many original features including spectacular and spacious open-beamed, light-filled, communal rooms.

Located in the rolling countryside at the edge of the Peak District and the foot of the Pennines, we’re within easy reach of some of England’s most beautiful scenery and historic sites: the Peak District National Park with its secret caves and natural springs; countless footpaths weaving in and out of fields and villages; you can even cycle the routes of the recent Tour de France and Tour de Yorkshire road races; and of course York and it’s unparalled heritage is a short drive away.

We’re also close to most major attractions and cities in Yorkshire and neighbouring Lancashire and Derbyshire.

So please take time to look through our site and see what we have to offer. As as small, family-run business you’re assured a warm welcome and we’re convinced that, like many of our guests, you’ll be back for more.

Dog-friendly!
